Point wikidata item page link DAG to codfw when looking for event.mediawiki_page_move

The SRE team is doing a test datacenter switchover that will move some of our event-based data to codfw. So far, 1 of our DAGs is significantly affected by this switchover, wikidata_item_page_link_weekly. We need to change the datacenter partition it is pointing to, for it to continue running normally. Once the SRE team switches back to eqiad, we will have to repeat this operation. We tried to find a permanent solution to this, building a sensor system that would be able to look at both datacenter partitions, but it turned out to be more complicated than we thought.
