deploy.sh: allow not passing the environ and pass flags
This allows to do things like:
./deploy.sh build-api --waitAnd deploy the environment that's specified in the procject file.

How to register an account on GitLab. Due to spam, new accounts are locked until approved by an admin or the approver bot.
