Combine left rotate and write rotate into a single button[WIP}

Punith.nyk requested to merge punit/VideoCutTool:removeleftrightrotate into master

Following S. Gautam's suggestion, we should simplify the rotation feature by allowing users to rotate in only one direction using a single button

But when you press the button the first time preview button still remains disabled
